Akhibi Foods Limited is a Nigerian registered company focused on the food processing value chain. The company is set up to market high-grade produce in the international market whilst investing in strategic segments of the value and supply chain like warehousing, produce aggregation, packaging, and food processing etc.
As part of this strategic objective, Akhibi Foods Limited is building a cashew processing facility in Ibadan, Oyo State. The project involves the design, construction, and operation of a cashew processing platform, starting with a market driven capacity, and growing up to 50 tonnes per day facility.
A second facility will be built in neighbouring african countries to reduce supply chain risk and improve accessiblity to producers and exporters. The project is mainly an export-oriented project, and the target export market for the project includes proposed off takers from UAE, India, Europe, and the USA.
